Mr. Andrews is the President of West Wind Property Inc., which is a property management and holding company.  Mr. Andrews is the former owner and operator of Andrews Orchards, and was a former Chairman and Director of Coral Gold Resources Ltd. from January 2010 to November 2020. Mr. Andrews also served on the Board of North Coast Life. He has acted as director and chairman of the audit committee of several public mining companies.

Mr. Andrews has a Bachelor of Science degree from Washington State University and a Masters in Political Science.  He served as a helicopter pilot in Vietnam and is retired from the United States Army Reserves.

Mr. Wolfin has over 35 years of experience in the mineral resources industry, covering exploration, development, construction, and operations across North America. As President, CEO, and Director of Avino Silver & Gold Mines Ltd. (NYSE American, TSX), he led the company’s growth from partial ownership of the closed Avino mine in 2001 to full ownership and commercial production in 2012. Under his leadership, Avino grew to over 500 employees, reached a market cap of US$800 million, and ranked 5th on the 2025 TSX 30 for a +610% three-year share price performance.

With hands-on experience in mining operations and a background in finance from the Vancouver Stock Exchange and securities firms, Mr. Wolfin has completed over US$350 million in financings and strategic deals, including the sale of Coral Gold’s Robertson Project to Barrick and Newmont—a 2,000% shareholder gain. He studied business and geology at Colorado State University and Simon Fraser University and manages the Oniva International Services Group, which supports several mining and exploration companies.

Mr. Wolfin has over 35 years of public company experience in mineral resources, including exploration, development, construction, and operations in precious metals across North America.

He currently serves as President, CEO, and Director of Avino Silver & Gold Mines Ltd., listed on the NYSE American and Toronto Stock Exchange. He successfully developed the company from a minority owner of the closed Avino mine in 2001 to 100% ownership in 2006, and then into commercial production in 2012. The company has since grown to 500+ employees, with a market capitalization reaching as high as US$800 million. In 2025, Avino achieved the special honor of being ranked 5th in the TSX 30 top-performing companies on the Toronto Stock Exchange, delivering +610% appreciation based on dividend-adjusted share price performance over a three-year period.

Mr. Wolfin learned the business from the ground up by working in the field at mines and operations in Mexico and Nevada. He also gained finance industry experience by working on the floor of the Vancouver Stock Exchange and spending several years with securities firms in the late 1980s and 1990s.

He is experienced in M&A, capital markets, brokered and private placement financings, offtake agreements (including with Samsung), at-the-market offerings, and credit facilities totaling more than US$350 million in aggregate.

Mr. Wolfin was the architect of strategic transactions between Coral Gold and the Cortez Joint Venture (Barrick & Newmont), including the sale of the Robertson Project in Nevada in 2017, and later the sale of the company in 2020, which owned a sliding-scale royalty. These deals represented a 2,000% gain for shareholders over that period.

Mr. Wolfin studied business and geology at Colorado State University and Simon Fraser University.

Since the early 2000s, Mr. Wolfin has also managed the Oniva International Services Group, which provides administrative services to a group of mining and exploration companies, including but not limited to: Avino Silver & Gold Mines Ltd., Bralorne Gold Mines Ltd., Coral Gold Resources Ltd., Levon Resources Ltd., and Silver Wolf Exploration Ltd.

Mr. Bojtos is a Professional Engineer with over 50 years of worldwide experience in the mining industry. He has an extensive background in corporate management and financing, as well as in all facets of the industry from exploration through the feasibility study stage to mine construction, operations and decommissioning.

Mr. Bojtos graduated from the University of Leicester, England in 1972, following which he worked at open-pit iron-ore and underground base-metal and uranium mines in West Africa, the United States and Canada. Following that, he worked in Toronto for Kerr Addison Mines Ltd., a Noranda Group company, in increasingly senior management and officer positions for 12 years. From 1990 to 1992 he was the President & CEO of RFC Resource Finance Corp. developing a zinc mine in Washington State. From 1992 to 1993 Mr. Bojtos was the President & CEO of Consolidated Nevada Goldfields Corp. which operated precious metal mines in the United States. From 1993 to 1995 he was Chairman & CEO of Greenstone Resources Ltd, constructing and operating several gold mines in Central America.

Mr. Clark is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Technology in Accounting degree from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Between 2016 and 2020, Mr. Clark also served on the Board of Trustees for the Burnaby Hospital Foundation as Chair of the Finance Committee.

Mr. Rodriguez Moreno is a professional geologist with over 42 years of experience in underground mining and regional exploration across Mexico. A graduate of the University of Sonora (Geology, 1984) and the Colorado School of Mines (Mineral Exploration, 1998), he brings deep technical expertise and leadership to Avino’s Mexican operations.

He previously served as Avino’s Chief Geologist before the mine’s 2001 closure and rejoined in 2006 as Mine Exploration and General Manager. Since then, he has led key initiatives, including the discovery of the San Gonzalo deposit in 2007, the rehabilitation of the 250 tpd flotation circuit, and the development of a water treatment facility, with current efforts focused on expanding mill capacity to 2,500 tpd.

Mr. Rodriguez Moreno is a professional geologist with over 42 years of experience in underground mines and regional exploration in Mexico.

Mr. Rodriguez Moreno graduated in 1984 from the University of Sonora in Hermosillo, Mexico in geology. He graduated from the Colorado School of Mines in 1998 with a degree in mineral exploration. His expertise has helped strengthen Avino’s Mexican operations and leadership at the Mines.

Mr. Rodriguez Moreno is very familiar with the underground workings at the Avino Mine as he was the last Chief Geologist at Avino before the operation ceased in 2001. Since his last post at Avino, Mr. Rodriguez Moreno has worked for Luzon Minerals Ltd. in the States of San Luis Potosi, Aguascalientes, Zacatecas and Durango, Mexico, as well as for Kings Minerals Ltd., an Australian mining company exploring the Cerro El Gallo project in the state of Guanajuato. He joined Avino again in 2006 as mine exploration and general manager and was instrumental in the discovery of the San Gonzalo deposit in 2007. He started rehabilitating the 250 tpd flotation circuit, brought it on line in 2010, and built the water treatment facility for treating mine water and is now moving forward to re-furbish the 1,000 tpd circuit for a total mill throughput of 2,500 tpd.

Mr. Harte is a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) with over a decade of experience in finance across mineral exploration, development, production, and royalties in North and South America and Africa. He joined Avino Silver & Gold Mines Ltd. in 2016 and became CFO in 2018, helping guide its growth into one of Mexico’s fastest-growing silver producers with over 500 employees and a market cap exceeding C$1 billion.

He has led more than US$300 million in financing and M&A transactions, including the acquisition of La Preciosa and the sale of Bralorne Gold Mines Ltd. Previously, he was CFO of Coral Gold Resources Ltd. before its C$60 million sale to Nomad Royalties. Earlier in his career, he worked with Deloitte LLP in Vancouver, specializing in public mining companies. Mr. Harte holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Capilano University and Simon Fraser University and also serves as CFO of Silver Wolf Exploration Ltd.

Mr. Harte is a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) with over a decade of experience in finance roles in the fields of mineral exploration, development, production, and royalties/streaming of precious metals across North America, South America, and Africa. He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Avino Silver & Gold Mines Ltd., listed on the NYSE American and the Toronto Stock Exchange, joining in 2016 and assuming his current role in 2018.

He has been instrumental in the growth of the finance team as Avino has successfully developed into one of the fastest-growing silver producers in Mexico, with over 500 employees and a market capitalization recently reaching more than C$1 billion.

Since joining Avino, he has led financing and M&A transactions totaling over US$300 million, including the acquisition of La Preciosa and the sale of Bralorne Gold Mines Ltd. He was also CFO of Coral Gold Resources Ltd. prior to its acquisition by Nomad Royalties for C$60 million in 2020.

Prior to joining Avino in 2018, Peter has held senior positions with Gekko Systems and Takraf Canada in addition to assisting in the startup, operation and shutdown of Alexco’s Keno Hill operation, where he was the only metallurgist on site. Peter has been a guest lecturer at the University of BC and McGill University with topics that include gravity concentration and basic mineral economics. He has co-authored and presented a number of technical papers.

Ms. North has over 26 years of experience with publicly traded mining companies in Canada and abroad. She joined Avino Silver & Gold Mines in 2016 after 17 years with Aurizon Mines Ltd., where she contributed until its CAD$796 million acquisition by Hecla Mining. From 2013 to 2016, she was based in London, advising FTSE-listed companies on annual reporting and capital markets communications.

At Avino, Ms. North has played a key role in the leadership team that drove a 610% dividend-adjusted share price increase and 778% market cap growth over three years, earning the company a top-five TSX 30 ranking in 2025. She holds management and criminology studies from Thompson Rivers University and Kwantlen Polytechnic University, along with the Canadian Securities Course. A member of CIRI and Women in Mining, she is Avino’s Head of Investor Relations, recognized for her strategic communications expertise and strong stakeholder relationships.

Ms. North has over 26 years of experience working with publicly traded mining companies in Canada. She joined Avino Silver & Gold Mines in 2016, following 17 years with Aurizon Mines Ltd. She studied Management through Thompson Rivers University – School of Business and Economics and earned an Associate in Criminology with a Criminal Justice concentration from Kwantlen Polytechnic University. She has also completed the Canadian Securities Course through the Canadian Securities Institute (2009).

Her investor relations training includes the Essentials of Investor Relations, and Understanding the Role of Analysts in Capital Markets – Keeping up with IR Best Practices, both developed by CIRI, as well as Investment Fundamentals offered at PDAC. She also completed Mining 101 through UBC.

In addition to her formal studies, Ms. North is an active member of the Canadian Investor Relations Institute (CIRI) and has been a member of Women in Mining (UK and BC chapters).

Currently, she serves as Head of Investor Relations for Avino, where she brings strong leadership and relationship-building skills. She is accomplished in all aspects of investor relations, with expertise in developing and executing IR programs, and in aligning strategic corporate communications with Avino’s priorities and initiatives.
